At Rusty Acres, we are a small ranch with a big heart for horses.We have a great facility for boarding , and training. Rex has a gentle yet firm guiding hand and does an extraordinary job with horses starting with the very basics of halter and ground training, to drive training.All of this intensive work makes horses much more accepting of the saddle and rider when the time comes to move to that stage. We also breed and raise draft and draft crosses. Our most successful of these are our 1/2 Arabian, half draft. These horses are on the larger size, beautiful heads and gentle yet intelligent personalities. They all are very people-oriented, great horses for beginner riders and more experienced as well.
